I got the large one for my XL lab and we both love it! I took a twin size memory foam mattress topper (cheap from K-mart) and folded it in 3 and put it in the stuff sack then put that in the cover and it fits perfect (with a little room to spare actually so I could probably get a thicker topper next time. This is a great way to save on a good supportive orthopedic bed for your dog but with other covers it is really frustrating to get a cover on and off this foam because it will not slide so washing the cover is a MISERABLE chore. But if you put it in the stuff sack (which you only have to do once as long as the foam lasts which is a long time!)first it slides in and out of the cover like buttah! It is not even that hard to get the foam in the stuff sack but no matter since you do that once. This is a brilliant system and very reasonably priced considering the flexibility of changing/ replacing parts only when needed.
I only wish there were more fabric choices. I have a male dog so some just did not seem right (though they are cute) and the others did not exactly belong with my decor. One or two plan neutrals would be nice!
So far so good

I just got this dog bed duvet and I have to say I would have to disagree with the negative responses that this bed is to expensive for the price. I've paid more for cheap disposable bed at my local pet store. I wouldn't say this is a brand new concept though. You can really go to any pet store and get a doggie bed that has a removeable washable cover. What I will say is that I love the size (I purchased a large) and the constructability of this duvet. Unlike other more expensive dog beds with the stuffing included the construction of this duvet is well made. I'm not an expert but I love to sew and have been since 1995 so I always nit pick how things are made for their duribility. Now I have not washed this quite yet and my 4 month old shepherd puppy mix has only had it for a week but so far so good. The zipper is well hidden. The fabric is upholstery fabric twill and thick and lets face it, . .it is very retro/modern looking and different from what you normally find. I also bought the net bag that goes with this. What I would have loved was if the net bag was made of a more durable washable, water proof, stain proof fabric. It is clearly just like that lingere mesh bags that you find at the lingere store so I don't know if the additional expense is worth it really. Overall I just love the size and the construction of this thing. I'm just hoping that after a few more weeks it will hold up through my puppy's teething stage. By the way I'll be posting a pic, my puppy is the light brown, floppy ear thing chewing on a bully stick. Hope this helps.
Sturdy, high quality.

Good product. Looks as you would expect from description. Material is like a denim material so it's not super soft but it is durable. Only down fall is that it's hard to find the right thing to stuff it with, we did pillows and though it worked our dog didn't love it. No complaints, it's made well and is a good idea, our dog just didn't take to it so much.
Great Product, Friendly People

This product is really fantastic, my dog loves her bed and it's stuffed with old blankets I have no intention of using any longer. This is a great way to recycle your old stuff, and make it into something comfy for you pets. I have a labrador retriever and ordred the medium sized bed. It is more than large enough for her. Unless you have a lot of open space you want to take up with the bed, I'm going to suggest that you consider medium before large for dogs that could go either way on size. The cover is easy to wash, but be careful when machine washing. The first time I put my "Bird on a Wire" cover in the laundry the bird began to come off. I called Molly Mutt and they were exceptionally friendly and immediately sent me a new cover (at no cost) as a replacement and told me to stuff the old one inside of it or donate it to another dog who may need a bed. I was so surprised at how easy it was and how kind they were when I called. I will definitely recommend them to other people and buy from them in the future.
Great Product

I concur with all the other positive reviews of the dog duvet. It's a great product--I used an old Costco bed doubled over plus a length of foam rolled up that was slightly thicker than the Costco bed to make a raised side for a pillow. Buy a stuff sack if you plan on washing the cover a lot. My only (very slight) disappointment: on my monitor the pattern "Perfect Afternoon" looked like taupe and slate blue. In reality it's light sage green and slate blue.
